WHAT A READING IS:

• Provides insight on personal issues from a spiritual perspective.
• Discerns the spiritual energies around you at this time and how they are effecting you and your life.
• Identifies current life challenges including personal strengths and areas that need special attention.
• Helps guide you in the realization and utilization of your own spiritual connection and abilities.
• Empowers you to make informed choices thereby creating your own life.

WHAT A READING IS NOT:

• Telling you what you should or should not do or making decisions for you.
• Supplying you with personal information about someone else that is none of your business (psychic voyeurism).
• Providing information to you that does not align with your highest good or assist in your personal growth (i.e., please do not obtain a consultation to receive lottery numbers!).
• Fortunetelling. Your future is up to you to create with your own free will. Although an intuitive consultation can definitely perceive and share with you the possible, even probable, outcomes based on your current energies, behaviors and attitudes…you have the power to choose at all times.
• Readings should never be used as a substitute for professional counseling or medical, psychotherapeutic or investment advice.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR READING:

• Relax. If possible, spend a few minutes before your reading focusing on what you are about to do. A short walk, deep breathing exercises, meditation or prayer are wonderful to do prior to your session.
• If you have specific questions or areas you would like your reading to focus on, write them down beforehand. If you are unsure, you can request a general reading which will focus on whatever seems most pertinent.
• Dialogue with your Reader and ask for clarification if, and when, you feel it necessary.
• Be as open and honest with your Reader as possible. Everyone has personal things that they wish to keep private and as an ethical professional, your Reader will respect your confidentiality. Intentionally trying to mislead or test your Reader will only result in wasting everybody’s time as well as denying yourself a wonderful experience.
• Respect time limits agreed upon at the start of your reading. Please do not continue to ask questions or prolong the session once your allotted time has elapsed. Should you require more time, your Reader will be happy to either extend your reading if possible or schedule an additional session at a later date.
• Take notes or ask that your reading be taped so that you may refer back to the information at any time.
• Let your Reader know if your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.

What is meditation?

There are many types of meditation. The one definition that fits almost all types is…“Consciously directing your attention to alter your state of consciousness.”

There’s no limit to the things you can direct your attention toward… symbols, sounds, colors, breath, uplifting thoughts, spiritual realms, etc. Meditation is simply about attention… where you direct it, and how it alters your consciousness.

What is the purpose of meditation?

Traditionally meditation was (and still is) used for spiritual growth…i.e. becoming more conscious; unfolding our inner Light, Love, & Wisdom; becoming more aware of the guiding Presence in our lives; accelerating our journey home to our True Self… our Spirit.

More recently, meditation has become a valuable tool for finding a peaceful oasis of relaxation and stress relief in a demanding, fast-paced world.

“I am an intuitive counselor and Metaphysical Minister. I am educated in hypnosis and herbal knowledge. The journey began many years (or life times) ago when I felt I was not alone. I questioned whether this was it or if there was more to this life than what I saw. The intuition that I used was always constant and accurate.

I realize this could describe many of us-using our gut feelings when common sense dictates another course of action; meeting someone for the first time and experiencing a sense of knowing them before. We are explorers in the psychic realm. We begin with questions and intuitive “knowings”-a search for the truth in each other and circumstances.
